Stuffed Bell Peppers


You must make Stuffed Bell Peppers. Not only are the pretty and healthy... they taste great. Brown some ground beef (I used buffalo), onion and diced peppers, and then add diced garlic, salt, pepper and a can of Cream of Mushroom soup and corn. You now have the mixture that goes inside the bell pepper. Cut the tops off the peppers, clean out the inside and boil for 5 minutes. Then place the pepper in a baking dish and stuff with the mixture listed above. Add 2 c water to the bottom of the baking dish and cover with foil. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Yummy!
